Entrepreneurs’ Decisions in Perceived Environmental Uncertainty

This research advances the understanding of entrepreneurial decisions in context perceived uncertainty related to regional political instability. Using qualitative data from a sample 29 entrepreneurs, we captured entrepreneurs’ perceptions and how these informed their judgement led confidence decisions. The that influenced decision-making were grouped into three main categories: efforts understand changes markets; local identifying multiple compounded layers uncertainty. by interactions between dynamic changing environment judgements about mobilizing resources response environment. findings this extend current entrepreneurs use arrive at contexts highlight relationship individuals context. has theoretical practical implications for developing leveraging uncertain environments.
